Ordered 5 pair of earrings and received almost nothing in the way of communication. After 3 days, I  E-mailed the company and they promptly responded even though it was a weekend. While I am not  sure what happened to the initial communication I was supposed to receive, they promptly provided  all the order information when I E-mailed them. Though I received the order on-time and was  gorgeous.
